Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only to addresses in the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery outside the UK is not available at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will enter processing the same business day; those placed after will enter processing the next business day.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery time after processing: 10–14 business days (Monday to Friday) within the United Kingdom
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 11–17 business days
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier handling or seasonal demand.

  • Standard Shipping (United Kingdom): £4.99
  • Free standard shipping on orders over £100, automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • Please allow extra time during holidays or shipping disruptions.
  • If your order is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date where possible so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit your statutory rights.
  • Courier delays and incorrect shipping information may affect delivery. We will assist with delivery issues and remain responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law.
