Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery outside the UK is not available at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is £4.99. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) are processed the same business day. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), and delivery within the United Kingdom takes an estimated 10 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing, or 11 to 17 business days in total. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team at info@marcandrichie.com and we'll share the return instructions.
